By downloading, installing, or using the Captain Lerna™ mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

4. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license is provided to you by Maurya Novel Solutions LLP, not by Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

5. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access the App via the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Maurya Novel Solutions LLP, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any), as permitted by its policies.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

6. Restrictions and User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, advertising systems, or in-app purchase mechanisms.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized tools to access or interact with the App.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App without written permission.

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer digital purchases. All transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process or store payment information.

8. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Third-party providers may collect device identifiers (including IDFA on iOS where permitted), IP address, and usage data.

We do not receive or store this data.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including trademarks Captain Lerna™ and SwanVerse™, remain the exclusive property of Maurya Novel Solutions LLP.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

Maurya Novel Solutions LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

14. Age Guidance

The App is designed for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

16. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
