By downloading, installing, or using the Captain Lerna™ mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

4. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant any ownership rights and may be terminated if you violate these Terms.

5. Restrictions and User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, advertising systems, or in-app purchase mechanisms.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized tools to access or interact with the App.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App without written permission.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer digital purchases (e.g., remove ads, premium features). All transactions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not process or store payment information.

7. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate region, and usage data to serve ads. We do not receive or store this data.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including trademarks Captain Lerna™ and SwanVerse™, remain the exclusive property of Maurya Novel Solutions LLP.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Maurya Novel Solutions LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

13. Age Guidance

The App is suitable for general audiences. Recommended age group is 13–17.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

15. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
