You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes.
The App offers non-consumable purchases (e.g., remove ads, premium features). All transactions are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not process or store payment information.
The App displays ads using Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate region, and usage data to serve advertisements. We do not receive or store this data.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or misuse the App.
All rights in the App, including trademarks Captain Lerna™ and SwanVerse™, belong to Maurya Novel Solutions LLP.
Maurya Novel Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is suitable for all ages; recommended age group is 13–17.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
